WHo we are

Renewal Church cares about one thing more than anything else, Jesus Christ. We are a collection of people learning that because God is Father, we are family. We are working toward becoming a cross-class, multi-racial community where a diversity of backgrounds and perspectives are brought into unity by building our common life around Jesus.

where we come from

Renewal Church was started in 2013 by six friends, one kid, and a dog named Tonks. Back then, these friends imagined a church where neighbors became friends; friends of God and friends with one another. Renewal had our first weekly gathering in February of 2014.

where we're headed

Today that one kid has turned into a bunch of kids! But more than ever, Renewal Church is committed to creating a cross-class, multi-racial community where people can find and follow Jesus and find belonging in the church.

Mostly, it means you are always welcome at Renewal Church. The connection that your heart longs for with God and the connection you were made for with people is one visit away. Wherever you are at in your faith journey, Renewal is a place where you can find friendship with God and meaningful relationships with people on the same journey.

WHO WE PARTNER WITH

We partner with the SEND Boston network to start new, healthy, community-focused churches that will meet needs and share the gospel through-out Greater Boston.
